Go to Account → My Account in the left panel of the dashboard.

Account overview

At the top of My Account you will see summary counters that show your current usage and status:
  • Words Left
  • Media Credits Left
  • Characters Left
  • Minutes Left
These metrics update in real time and give you a quick sense of remaining credits and overall activity.
Use the counters to track monthly consumption and avoid unexpectedly hitting limits.

Update profile

Click Edit Profile to change your account information.Editable fields:
  • Full Name
  • Job Role
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Change Avatar (upload a new avatar image)
  • Company Name
  • Address Line
  • City
  • Postal Code
  • Country
Steps:
  1. Click Edit Profile.
  2. Update the required fields and upload a new avatar if needed.
  3. Click Update to apply changes.
Changing your email may require re-verification for security reasons. Check your inbox after saving if a verification step is prompted.

Set defaults

Set workspace defaults to speed up content creation and keep results consistent.Available default settings:
  • Default AI Voiceover Studio Language
  • Default AI Voiceover Studio Voice
  • Default Language for Templates
  • Default AI Model for Templates
  • Default AI Model for Chatbots
  • Default AI Image Model
Steps:
  1. In Set Defaults, choose the desired option for each field.
  2. Click Save Defaults to apply them account-wide.
Set your most common language, voice, and AI model here so generated content matches your brand voice automatically.

Change password

Use this form to update your login password.Fields:
  • Current Password
  • New Password
  • Confirm New Password
Steps:
  1. Enter your current password.
  2. Enter and confirm the new password.
  3. Click Change to save.
Use a strong unique password and consider enabling 2FA for additional protection.

2FA authentication

Enable two factor authentication to add an extra layer of security to your account.To activate Google Authenticator:
  1. Click Activate 2FA Authentication.
  2. Scan the displayed QR code with Google Authenticator or a compatible app on your mobile device.
  3. If you cannot scan the QR code, use the setup key below to add the account manually.
Setup Key: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
  1. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app in the Enter Google Authenticator OTP field.
  2. Click Activate.
Store your setup key or backup codes somewhere safe. If you lose access to your authenticator app and do not have backup codes, you may lose access to your account.
What is Google Authenticator?
Google Authenticator is a mobile app that generates time-based one-time passwords. Install it from your device store to complete setup

Delete account

If you need to remove your account permanently, use the Delete Account option.
Deleting your account will permanently erase all account details and generated results. This action cannot be undone.
Steps to delete your account:
  1. Read the warning carefully.
  2. Confirm by checking the confirmation checkbox:
    I confirm that I would like to completely delete my account on this platform
  3. Click Yes, Delete My Account to proceed.
